When we look at the civilization of Mesopotamia, we see that there is a very strong and rich temple and even today, many tools and beautiful things have reached our days.Especially in the life of communities related to nature, tools such as knives and other cutting objects have an important role in the attitude and struggle against nature. But unfortunately these values are being forgotten day by day.
Our topic is the knife.
The knife that has become a friend in every person's pocket and sometimes under the children's pillow as a sign of bravery and peace.
Of course, when knives are mentioned in the Tor region and many other places, Mizizekh knives definitely come to the fore. This knife you see in the picture was made in Mizizex until the 90s. This knife consists of a steel blade, a blade of ram's horn, colored patterns that are natural in color and gold patterns of ancient symbols.
The sizes of these knives are different. On the handle of the knife there are circular patterns and spots made of a material painted with natural dye. There are some symbols on the blade of the knife. Like the sun, the stars and some writings from the Assyrian period until the Zoroastrian period were made in the form of a seal on the shelf.
Mured Araz (Keshe), master of the knife of Mizizex.
Some of the great masters of these knives from Mizizex are: Musa and Melke Hanuno, Skender and Mured Keshe and Saliba Shero.
